Sri Lanka-7.30.Road side bomb attack to civilian's bus on Buttala Niyadella road at around 7.30am said police media spokesman.
23 civilians were killed and 74 injured,admitting Buthtala Hospital in this morning,said Brig Udaya Nanayakkara
