Over 500 Tigers killed in 20 days
SRI LANKA
-More than 501 Tigers have been killed in battle in the last 20 days, the Army said. Brigadier Udaya Nanayakkara, the military spokesman said that an unknown number of LTTE cadres and 223 soldiers have also been injured in the clashes from M
arch 5 to March 24. Fifty soldiers died during this period. dailynews
