Kosovo proves devolution doesn’t work – Champika
SRI LANKA-Minister of Environment and JHU strongman Champika Ranawaka says Kosovo has proven the point that devolution of power doesn’t work with separatist movements and the proximity to world powers like Russia (or India) is no guarantee and the US and its allies wouldn’t stop their moves to fragment sovereign states.
