Six soldiers killed and ten injered

Sri Lanka- Six soldiers sacrificed their lives and ten (10) injured while cleaning the St. Sebastian church TALLADI for the forthcoming feast when they were victims of an artillery fire by LTTE terrorists in MANNAR today (12). They had made a request made by Rev. Father Devaraja, Rev. Father Arun Raja, Rev. Father Nevin, Rev. Father Kulas and Rev. Brother Lexsfont. At around 12.00 p.m. yesterday (11) and the soldiers had complied with the request today (12) around 9.00 a.m. The church is located close by the Army camp, MANNAR -reported by MCNS
