People shedding crocodile tears didn’t eradicate terrorism during their rule - PM
SRI LANKA-All forms of terrorism have to be eradicated for a country to develop, Prime Minister Rathnasiri Wickramanayake said.
Those shedding crocodile tears today, pretending they are people-friendly, over price hikes in petroleum products and essential commodities, didn’t take action to repulse terrorism when they were in power.
They were instrumental in dividing the country and vesting the country into terrorists’ hands, contrary to the wish of the people,” he said.dailynews
