11 terrorists killed, 11 injured in fierce fighting - Kilinochchi
SRI LANKA-Eleven LTTE terrorists were killed while 11 more sustained injuries in fierce gun battle erupted in northeast of Akkarayanklulam in Kilinochchi front yesterday, 12 October.
According to the defence sources, the hours long fighting commenced on last morning caused heavy damages to the enemy. By intercepting LTTE radio communication, the damages inflicted to the enemy were confirmed.
Two security forces personnel also made their utmost sacrifice for defending the motherland while engaged with LTTE terrorists, defence sources added.-defence.lk
