Miliband- Rohitha continue discussions on special envoy
SRI LANKA-Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama and David Milliband, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs of the UK further discussed today by phone the issue of the appointment of a Special Envoy for Sri Lanka.
It was agreed by the two Ministers to continue the discussions, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement. The Cabinet of Ministers at its meeting last week rejected the unilateral appointment of a Special Envoy for Sri Lanka by the British government. dailymirror
