Sri Lankan Army Captures Fifth Rebel Airstrip
SRI LANKA-- The Sri Lankan army sources said that on Thursday it captured a fifth airstrip used by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. The Tigers have suffered a series of defeats in the past weeks, most recently on Wednesday when the army completely took control of the Jaffna peninsula.filephoto-defence.lk
